Chef Guy Giner Lacroix is a Hospitality School graduate who understands the importance of food.
Whatever the weather or schedule, you should always make time for meals and the fresh quality produce served here sets the tone for a food sensation.
Isabelle serves all the dishes.
Alongside Jérôme, Guy designs new dishes everyday and creates food so tempting it could take pilgrims off course!

Mediterranean specialities feature on the menus.
The menu has the sweet smell of herbs and vegetables, fish and meat with shared notes of freshness, abundance, delight and curiosity.”


You may well see little stuffed vegetables, minestrone with pistou or pissaladière with soft onions on the menu during your stay.

Tarte à la Gardiane, Boeuf bourguignon tagliatelle or fresh salmon fillet on a bed of leeks and florets may also be on the menu for you to sample.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll have a hard time choosing between warm chocolate profiteroles, rum baba and the homemade nougat ice cream !

You can sip wines chosen for their excellent reputation, most of which come from vineyards around the Hautes-Pyrénées such as Jurançon and Madiran, to drink with your meal.
